Production system in which chemical fertilizers are not used, nor pesticides are used for the elimination of grass, nor for pest control and in general for any disease, only uses natural resources, always with methods that do not damage the soil and always respecting the environment.

To produce organic extra virgin olive oil, the olives must be healthy and at their point of ripeness. In the mill, mechanical procedures or physical means are used under specially controlled conditions, which do not cause alteration of the oil. The olives are milled the same day of their harvest, since the storage of the same would deteriorate the quality of the oil. Once extracted it is stored in large stainless steel tanks that are placed in places where light and temperature are controlled. There it is kept long enough to progressively decant the impurities that it could contain, always naturally. Finally, it is packaged unfiltered to preserve its excellent qualities.
