Extra Virgin Olive Oil Herb Dip
Ingredients:
1. 1/4 teaspoon of oregano
2. 1/4 teaspoon of basil
3. 1/4 teaspoon of rosemary
4. 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt (or according to your taste)
5. black pepper, freshly ground
6. 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
7. 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
8. 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
Instructions for preparation
Combine the dry spices in a small bowl. Stir in the crushed garlic to mix and moisten the herbs. Fill a small dish or bowl halfway with the herb mixture. Over the herb mixture, drizzle olive oil. Serve with warm, crusty bread.
